Thank you for considering andina as the venue for your upcoming event. We are located at the corner of NW 13th and Glisan, in the heart of Portland's Pearl District.

TYPES OF EVENTS
Andina is available for a variety of event types such as receptions, rehearsals, lunch and dinner parties, wine tastings with either sit-down service, buffet or cocktail service. The Pearl Wine Shop offers the perfect setting for a small gathering. This private room is fully "wired" and can accomodate up to 16 people. We can accommodate different event sizes based on a variety of rooms. Please refer to the room information sheet.

BAR
Full bar.

ENTERTAINMENT
Space and electrical set-up available for musicians.

LINENS AND NAPKINS
White tablecloths and 4-color napkins.

DECORATIONS
Candles provided by andina.

PARKING
Private lot can be arranged at extra cost; valet parking available for minimal charge.

ADA
Fully accessible via elevator access from street level.

SPECIAL SERVICES
Andina's event coordinator will work with you in planning and executing all details to make your event memorable. We are pleased to recommend photographers, florists and bakeries, if needed.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

• A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any date. A signed contract must be received within 30 days of providing the deposit.
• 30 days prior to the event, andina requires one half of the remaining contract total. This sum is non-refundable.
• 3 business days prior to the event, andina requires payment in full based on the guaranteed minimum guest count. If on the night of the event the guest number exceeds the contracted number, we require payment for the balance at the end of event.
• All menu items are subject to seasonal and creative changes, and market availability.
• All prices are for food and beverages only, and are subject to a 20% service charge.
• Andina reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• All guests must abide by all OLCC laws and regulations.
